EditArt's sliders as a mini musical score

What do the sliders manipulate in the work Parachute Waltz / Vals del paracaídas??

Parachute Waltz is part of the works on the EditArt platform, which is characterized by using sliders to co-create generative works.

The piece transforms the five sliders of the EditArt platform into a musical staff. Literally, the bottom line corresponds to the note E, the next line to G, and so on. Automata algorithms begin by reading the notes on the lines, as if they were a minimal, repetitive score. Synthesized sounds, processed together with granulated shaders, gradually paint an endless audiovisual texture.

The initial positions of all the sliders, in addition to defining notes and timing, characterize and give essence to the artwork.

🎚️Slider 1: Change the tempo and the position of the high note (F)

🎚️slider 2: Change musical delay & quantization 🎵, and the position of the D note
🎚️slider 3: Change color palette, and the position of the B note 🎨

🎚️slider 4: Change the movement of the sliders 🤸, and  the position of the G note

🎚️slider 5: Change musical harmony 🎼 & background 🎨,and the position of the lowest note (E)
